Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has named his side for today’s Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford.
Amorim has made two changes to his side that registered a stunning 2-1 win over arch-rivals Liverpool.
Benjamin Sesko and Leny Yoro have replaced Mason Mount and Harry Maguire in the starting XI.
Senne Lammens retains his position between the sticks. He has yet to lose a game in a United shirt.
Amad Diallo earned an assist for Bryan Mbeumo’s opening strike last Sunday.
He will be hoping to build on his performance from the right wing-back spot.
At the back, Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, and Luke Shaw form a solid defensive trio, tasked with shutting down Brighton’s attack.
Maguire scored the match-winning goal against the Reds but is out of the squad due to an injury.
The Portuguese head coach also backs Diogo Dalot in the left wing-back spot, ahead of Patrick Dorgu.
The pair of Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes have done a good job over the last two games.
United fans will hope that the duo can dominate the midfield against a tough Brighton side.
Benjamin Sesko returns to the XI at the expense of Mount.
Sesko has scored two goals in his last two starts (against Brentford and Sunderland).
The 22-year-old will be keen to build on his momentum and add more goals to his tally.
He will be supported by Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha.
The Brazilian led the line in the previous clash but will be playing in the left-sided number 10 role.
A win today could propel the Red Devils into the top four spots, something they could not have imagined a few weeks before.
Confirmed Man United line-up (3-4-2-1): Senne Lammens; Leny Yoro, Matthijs de Ligt, Luke Shaw; Amad Diallo, Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, Diogo Dalot; Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha; Benjamin Sesko
