Aston Villa had a relatively quiet summer transfer window under Unai Emery.
Villa made six summer signings as they fought off PSR restrictions and financial regulations.
Aston Villa‘s deadline day was by far the busiest they had been all summer, signing England stars Harvey Elliott and Jadon Sancho.
However, with Sancho yet to score, and Elliott out of favour in B6, a loan move for Real Madrid prospect Endrick is now firmly on the cards ahead of January.
Aston Villa ready to push boat out for Endrick
Endrick joined Real Madrid for a fee that could potentially rise to £63.4million, yet the move hasn’t worked out at all.
The Sunday Mirror has reported in its print edition on 2 November that Villa have expressed interest in signing the Brazilian superstar on loan in January.
Endrick has told his representatives that he must leave the Bernabeu temporarily unless there is a huge change in the amount he plays.
The 18-year-old has already gained a lot of interest, with Manchester United, West Ham, and Juventus keen on the young forward.

Under Carlo Ancelotti, the Brazilian wonderkid was given responsibility off the bench to make an impact on games for Real Madrid.
Since Xabi Alonso became manager in the summer, Endrick has rarely featured, and he is in desperate need of some first-team action ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
Aston Villa have had attacking issues this season, and Endrick’s arrival could be exactly what they need to add another dimension to their creativity.

Villa’s 2-0 loss to Liverpool on Saturday ended a four-match winning run in the Premier League, and it’s clear to see that their attackers are struggling to perform consistently.
Aston Villa’s attackers haven’t replicated last season’s performances
Ollie Watkins has not been firing this season, with the 29-year-old failing to replicate his output of previous campaigns.
Having scored 88 goals in 239 appearances for Aston Villa, Watkins has been a remarkable signing since joining the club from Brentford in 2020.
Morgan Rogers won the PFA Young Player of the Season award in 2024-25; however, his goal against Tottenham is the only time he’s found the back of the net this season.
Sancho, Elliot, and Evann Guessand are still not adapting to life at Villa Park, and it’s no surprise that Emery’s side are linked with a move for another forward.
With all that evidence in the bag, Villa are pushing to beat Man United to this headline deal.
