Chelsea are among a host of clubs who are interested in signing Bundesliga sensation Said El Mala who plays for FC Koln according to reports
The Blues are well known for signing up the best young talents from around the world, and it’s become the heart of their transfer policy under the Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital ownership.
The teenager has impressed at the start of the season, and has managed three goals, with a number of clubs believed to be keeping tabs on his progress.
Chelsea join the race for Bundesliga star Said El Mala
Chelsea made five attacking signings in the summer, as their forward line underwent a serious revamp, and also have both Geovany Quenda and Emanuel Emegha arriving next summer.
However, despite the transfer window being just over a couple of months away rumours have started to emerge in regards to players being linked to Chelsea.
Sport1 have reported that more than ten clubs have spoken to the representatives of El Mala in the past few weeks.
The reports adds Chelsea and United are among the Premier League clubs interested along with Manchester City, whilst German giants Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are also keeping tabs.
Chelsea have previously been linekd with El Mala, who is a left winger, and has been capped four times by the German under-21 side, and has three goals and an assist in eight appearances in all competitions.
Chelsea linked with Vitor Roque
El Mala isn’t the only youngster Chelsea have been linked with in recent times, with the Blues also linked with Palmerias striker Vitor Roque.
The 20-year-old is said to be attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea and Tottenham, and has scored 17 goals in 46 appearances for Palmeiras.
Roque had a failed move to Barcelona and has now returned to Brazil, and he needs to make sure when he does return to Europe he makes the right decision.
